Ethoco is a market place that ties a one percent transaction fee on home sales in the US to new construction of quality green homes in emerging markets. Home owners in the US then get to select how that fee is allocated to support the housing of families in developing countries. Ethoco has been inspired by a belief that basic access to relatively small amounts of capital (under $8000) are the difference between living in an over priced shanty setting and having a quality green home with electricty, water and sanitation.

We are working with real estate developers in emerging markets to make these homes and home builders in the US to build the 1% premium into the purchase price of the home. Houses sold under this 1% agreement would be labeled "Equal Housing Certified". We aim to grow Ethoco's "equal housing certified" model into a brand equivalent in recognition to LEED Certified or Fair Trade Certified.

The Sea Spire is an aquatic installation intended to offer an alternative to the consumption and erosion of the ocean’s natural state, as well as provide new economic opportunities, especially to Pacific Island nations. Aquaculture has long been heralded as the solution to the depletion of fish stocks and the rising cost of seafood. However, conventional aquaculture, dependent on coastal farms with little egress for waste and tainted water, has become equated with lower-quality, less healthy fish and remains an unattractive alternative to many consumers. As a result, aquaculture accounts for only 5% of all seafood supplies in the United States.

The Sea Spire attempts to combat this image using filtration and monitoring technologies to ensure the health of contained fish stocks and maintain the cleanliness of the aquaculture environment. Sea Spire tracks the dietary habits, absorbed nutrients and health of fish by capturing their waste for testing. Furthermore, it seeks to reduce the c

Animal lovers, take note.  If you're like me, you have animals that move in and out of the house a few times a day.  You're in a rainy area like Seattle or living under the daily showers of Miami. Grass is often moist.  The rain has just stopped and your friends are ready to 'do their thing'.  You place a towel down just inside the door.  How does it feel when they manage to run around the towel and trail foot stains throughout?  It's awful.

Petty Feet is the answer.  It is a mechanism designed to quickly remove soil from the bottom of your animal's feet.

It's a 2 to 3 part system.

UNDERLYING RUG.  Lined with looping fibers that are compatible with the optional OVERLYING MATERIAL.  It is the base of the product and the smaller size resembles your typical floor mat.  However, this is purchased in various sizes that can roll out like a wedding trail away from your door.  They range from 3 to 6 feet long and 2 feet wide.

OVERLYING MATERIAL.  The sizes match the UNDERLYING

Hi, My name is Taabish,I'm from Mumbai,India. Its yet a slowly developing country. The population is too extensive. Covering the first aspect :

1. Health :- The country with ever-increasing population has many health problems. Health institutions should aim to solve health problems in rural areas. set up health camps and have regular check ups for the people. The diseases causing germs can be collected and sent for study to understand and learn it and produce vaccines.

2. Safety and security :- Be it standard house to house security or global security, Its what is of utmost importance.

(i) Promote hi-tech security systems at substantial cost for people of all types to buy them and protect their families, These systems can consist of a camera with a viewing monitor and a small dialing pad having the numbers of security authorities.

(ii) Seeing the current stage of revolution around the world, Police forces should be provided with good subduing weapons to control people but not kill th

My Pocket Stylist is an automated tool, powered by any smart phone or iPad that will help the, catalog their wardrobe, decide what to wear and evaluate the benefits of making a fashion purchase.  My Pocket Stylist will use an individual’s personal wardrobe as a base to match clothes, put together outfits and provide purchase guidance while shopping.

This product will allow the user to take pictures of their clothes and shoes, then using color recognition technology and UPC databases automatically store the images with various characteristics such as fabric, color, style, size, season, etc. Using the ‘My Wardrobe’ database created, the system will help the user in multiple ways.  The system will allow a user to take a snapshot of an item in their closet; it will then automatically list companion pieces the user already owns to create outfit options.   If there is no existing match, the system will suggest new purchases that may round out the look.  The system will also allow the user

Every stage of company or country has a unique requirement of how innovation can occur. In the West innovation is largely incremental with sporadic disruptive innovations. In the East, innovation is largely copied with hopes of starting to create both incremental and disruptive innovations. In third world countries, the problem is dramatically different from both of these models. Third world countries have virtually no ‘machinery’ in place to create innovations, where this ‘machinery’ consists of infrastructure, education, funding, etc. Third world countries need a complete different level of disruption. There are two key aspects that drive this ‘Day One Innovation’ idea:

(1)     One of the key things I have discovered over the last 30 years of innovating is that people ideate, invent and innovate based on their own understanding of the world. A person who has been wealthy all their life would have a hard time creating innovations that fit the pain points of a poor person. T

Third world countries need to have a way to create revenue in order to fund infrastructure, education, medical, etc. Unfortunately, the majority of the poorest members of the population, such as people living in remote African villages, do not have marketable skills that will allow them to earn money on the world market without giving up their way of life or working for slave wages in mines or sweat shops.

Eviscerated Manure Drought Rings

Product: A compressed circular ring ranging from 6-14” circumference X 5” tall, product width approximately 5/8’s inches. Composed primarily of compressed eviscerated (dried and chopped farm animal manure) included in the products would be chopped marigold and other natural insect repelling flowers, stems and plants, with a high nitrogen water soluble coating on the inside of the ring.

The purpose of the product: Drought protection, the biggest problem with drought areas is high heat coupled with low ambient moisture and rainfall. Most gardeners have been programmed to water their garden daily, in drought areas watering restrictions and cost of water has made the learned process difficult if not impossible. This learned process, in the past has worked wonderfully, however, given the new parameters, new challenges have arrived. By studying, the simplest garden crop, corn, I have come to a number o

This idea depends on solving some problems of our world by creating a new global standard system of a combination of existing solutions together to produce a model that can be suitable to be appllied  at any country suffering from (pollution –water shortage- food shortage –heavy traffic- energy shortage)

Now if we want to build a new city called  X city for example….. we need to  make it less-consumer for energy with no pollution and no food or water shortage .

------------------------------------------------------------------

First (the Energy Problem)

Almost all cities around the world use  power stations that  powered by fossil fuels  and so they face some problems if there was a shortage in this fuel and most of these stations produce waste and exhausts that make the pollution problem worse & worse.

That first thing to considered before palnning a new city is how to produce  clean & renewable energy & make each city and power consumer Autonomous (produce energy to itself
